1. Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and sealed in its original packaging.
- The item is in the same condition in which it was received.
- You provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
To initiate a return, contact support@marieglow.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. MarieGlow will then provide return instructions and any next-step guidance. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened supplement bottles, capsules, or other products once the safety seal has been broken.
- Products that are past their expiration date.
- Bundle deals or promotional packages where only part of the bundle is being returned.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive damaged or defective products, incorrect items, or products with broken safety seals, contact MarieGlow within 48 hours of delivery.
Email support@marieglow.shop with your order details and photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, MarieGlow will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Exchanges
If you want a different product variant, the fastest path is usually to return the unopened item for a refund, if eligible, and then place a new order for the preferred product. This avoids delays tied to manual exchange handling.
5. International Returns
Return handling may vary by market:
- Philippines orders: returns may need to be shipped to the local facility, and return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
- International orders, including EU orders: return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the return is due to MarieGlow’s error.
- EU customers: a 14-day cooling-off period may apply where required by law.
- Customs duties, taxes, or similar import charges are generally non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
Once MarieGlow receives and inspects the return:
- A receipt confirmation is typically sent within 2 business days.
- If approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the order.
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to MarieGlow’s error.

7. Bundle and Promotion Returns
- Bundle deals such as “Buy 3 Get 2 Free” must generally be returned in full.
- Partial returns from bundle purchases may be recalculated at the non-promotional single-item price.
- Free items included with a promotion must generally be returned along with the paid items if the bundle is being returned.
8. Quality Concerns
Opened supplements generally cannot be returned for safety reasons. However, if you have a product-quality concern or you are unsatisfied after using a product as directed, contact the support team so the issue can be reviewed case by case.
