  • Orders are typically reviewed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • If an item is temporarily unavailable or delayed, MarieGlow may contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods may vary by destination, order type, and carrier availability. MarieGlow may use different carriers or fulfillment partners depending on the shipping address and market.

  • Shipping options shown at checkout are the best available options for that order at the time.
  • MarieGlow may consolidate items or split shipments when operationally necessary.
  • Signature requirements or delivery restrictions may apply for some destinations.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Actual delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs review, address issues, or other events outside MarieGlow’s control.

  • Domestic delivery estimates may vary based on carrier and destination region.
  • International delivery timing can vary substantially depending on customs processing and local carrier performance.
  • Delivery estimates displayed by a carrier are informational and may change after shipment.

4. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected markets. Customers are responsible for providing accurate customs and delivery information when required.

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, handling charges, or other destination-country fees are generally the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Customs delays, inspections, or local restrictions may affect delivery timing.
  • MarieGlow is not responsible for packages refused, delayed, or restricted by customs or local law because of destination-country rules.

5. Address Issues, Failed Delivery, and Lost Packages

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. MarieGlow is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address information provided at checkout.

  • If a package is returned because of an address error, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
  • If tracking shows delivery was completed, MarieGlow may ask you to first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or the carrier before opening a claim.
  • Lost-package claims may require reasonable investigation time with the shipping carrier.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout when applicable. Shipping fees, surcharges, and carrier rates may change without notice before the order is placed.
